ORLEN Neptun invites suppliers to an online event on procurement procedures for the company's offshore wind projects
The event will provide an update on current procurement process rules. The webinar will take place on 28 February at 11am.
Registration is carried out via a form available on the ORLEN Neptun website under the events tab.
ORLEN Neptun, as the offshore wind energy (OWE) competence centre of the ORLEN Group, is organising the first in a series of information webinars for suppliers interested in cooperating within supply chains for offshore wind farm projects under development.
- We are keen to include as many experienced and top-quality companies as possible in the supply chains of our projects. Based on the experience from the first phase, we see potential among both big players already present on the market and smaller, local companies, says Joanna Rybicka-Gornowicz, Supply Chain Manager at ORLEN Neptun. We want to support all players by providing them with the knowledge they need to participate effectively in the procurement proceedings we are conducting, she adds.
The first of a series of informative webinars on purchasing procedures will be held on 28 February at 11:00 a.m. You will be able to find out, among other things, how to increase your chances as a supplier to the OWE sector, what to do to ensure that your bid meets all the necessary purchasing criteria, what are the most common mistakes made by suppliers in the purchasing process and how the Connect platform available in the ORLEN Group works.
The event is open and registration is open via a form available on the ORLEN Neptun website.
Those interested will receive a link to the meeting on the platform, which does not require an application to be downloaded, at the email address provided on the form. The event can be accessed from a browser.
Information on further webinars for suppliers will soon be published on the ORLEN Neptun website and social media.
