Robert Nowicki

Chairman of the Board

From 2023, Member of the Management Board and then President of the Management Board of ORLEN Neptun, which is responsible for the development of offshore wind projects in the ORLEN Group. He gained professional experience managing national and international power projects in the private sector. In 2019–2020, he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development. He was a member of supervisory boards of, among others, PL.2012+, Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. He was also a member of the council of the Łukasiewicz Network - one of the largest research networks in Europe supporting the state's economic policy.

Konrad Wróbel

Member of the Board

He is responsible, among others, for contracting, supply chain and risk management. He is a lawyer by education, lecturer of postgraduate studies Risk Management in Offshore Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind Industry at the Maritime University of Gdynia. He has twenty years of experience in project and risk management, including projects in the aviation industry, IT, and R&D projects. Accredited trainer and examiner of the M_o_R® (Management of Risk) methodology. Certified Project manager (M_o_R®/ PRINCE 2®). Member of the Management Board and Operations Director in aviation companies, including those operating helicopters. He devotes the greatest attention to issues related to risk management in the offshore wind energy industry, with particular emphasis on risk management in aviation operations (offshore) and the issues of critical infrastructure (CI) in the energy sector.

Jarosław Broda

Member of the Board

Since August 2023, President and previously Member of the Management Board of Baltic Power, responsible for the construction of the first offshore wind farm of the ORLEN Group and Northland Power. Experienced manager and leader, expert in the field of energy and system innovations. He specializes in broadly understood business development, starting from mergers and acquisitions, preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments, as well as the implementation of innovations. Previously associated with, among others, from Tauron, where as vice-president he was responsible for the implementation of the green turn. Additionally, he was responsible for the supervision of an investment portfolio worth up to PLN 4 billion annually and supervised key investment projects, such as the construction and restructuring of the Jaworzno 910 project. Previously, for about 10 years he was responsible for business development and strategies at GDF Suez Polska and led M&A and development projects GDF SUEZ Europe. From 2023, he is also a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Neptun, which is responsible for the development of new offshore wind farm projects in the ORLEN group.
