Cooperation with business

The implementation of offshore wind projects relies on the cooperation of many specialised entities and a well planned supply chain that ensures continuity and high standards of operations. ORLEN Neptun is building a stable network of partners supporting the development of offshore wind - one of the key pillars of the ORLEN2035 strategy.

Baltic East

Baltic East is the most advanced project among the offshore wind farm projects developed by ORLEN Neptun. Baltic East obtained an environmental decision for the offshore wind farm, issued by the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk, and in December 2025 was among the winners of the first Polish offshore wind auction, which moved the project into the advanced development phase.

Baltic West

The Baltic West project covers four areas located on the Oder Bank, which are being developed in parallel. The planned total installed capacity is about 4 GW, which will translate into clean energy for more than 5 million households in Poland. All four locations are being prepared to participate in the Polish support system for offshore wind farms.
